Exhibition Invited to London

November 05, 2007

When this intimate and engaging exhibition leaves Ten Chimneys, at the end of the tour season, it will make its way to England – where it will be installed at The National Theatre in London. The exhibition will be at “The National” from January 21 to March 30, 2008 – concurrent with their revival of Noël Coward’s masterpiece Present Laughter.

“The Noël Coward Foundation was delighted to collaborate on this exhibition, which has been beautifully and lovingly put together by the Ten Chimneys Foundation staff,” said Alan Brodie, Agent for the Noël Coward Estate. “We are thrilled that this marvelous exhibition will be traveling to London. The National Theatre is the perfect home for an exhibition which honours Britain’s national treasure and will give all those who visit a wonderful opportunity to understand the importance the Lunts played in Coward’s life.”

Mr. Brodie added, “I was privileged to be able to attend the opening of this exhibition at Ten Chimneys; I found the beautiful house and surroundings totally overwhelming. Milwaukee is extremely fortunate to have Ten Chimneys on its doorstep.”
