Two Public Programs with 2009 Master Teacher, Lynn Redgrave

June 08, 2009

FRIDAY, JULY 17TH
“Conversations At Ten Chimneys” with Lynn Redgrave
Celebrated actress Lynn Redgrave shared anecdotes about her extraordinary theatrical family and life in the theatre. This gracious, engaging, award-winning actress answered questions from, and had a conversation with, the gathered attendees.

SATURDAY, JULY 18TH
Concluding Presentation of the 2009 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program
On the final night of the 2009 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program, Ms. Redgrave and the ten Lunt-Fontanne Fellows offered a glimpse of what took place during their week at Ten Chimneys. Ms. Redgrave explained how she and the actors approached their work, and why. To illustrate the work that was accomplished, the Fellows shared pieces of the scenes and monologues on which they worked with Ms. Redgrave. This is the first (and, most likely, only) time that these ten nationally acclaimed actors will have shared a stage together.
