Congratulations to 2010 Master Teacher, Barry Edelstein

June 27, 2010

Shakespeare in the Park (which Barry over oversees) opened to a rave review for Merchant of Venice in the New York Times. After spending the last few months with Al Pacino and the rest of the extraordinary ensemble in New York, Barry is excited to come to Ten Chimneys in just a few days (July 11-18) to lead the 2010 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program with nine of the top regional theatre actors from around the country.

Barry generously agreed to leave Shakespeare in the Park in the middle of all of the excitement to step in for Lynn Redgrave this summer. He will make an extra round trip flight during the week, so he can attend The Public’s largest educational program of the year – which he also oversees. We are honored to have him as our Master Teacher this year.

Don’t miss your chance to see Barry and the top stage actors in America on stage together at the Concluding Presentation of the Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program: Saturday, July 17 at 8:00 p.m. Call (262) 968-4110 for reservations or more information.
