Mark Jude Sullivan

Paper Mill Playhouse
Milburn, NJ

Mark is such an accomplished actor.  He has shared his talents at theaters all across the country from New York City to Los Angeles, from Louisville to Washington, DC and we, at Paper Mill Playhouse, were honored to have him perform on our stage as well.  He has had great success, not only on the stage but on film and television as well, and has even performed his award-winning solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Mark is one of those rare, few actors whose charisma translates easily between mediums.  His ability to convey the complete spectrum and color of the emotional journey of the characters he inhabits is on full display whether he is appearing on stage or screen.  Mark appeared in our recent production of Agatha Christies' Murder on the Orient Express, and he beautifully portrayed the dual roles of "Colonel Arbuthnot" and "Samuel Ratchett" giving each its own distinct and unique life in such a successful way that I would imagine many audience members would believe there were two actors involved. In the rehearsal room, Mark is dedicated and passionate, but is also full of joy and humor during the process. I eagerly await the opportunity to have him back on our stage again, hopefully in the very near future.
