Her Songs. Her Stories:  Icons of the Stage explores the legacies of those heroic women whose mythic talents commanded audiences, while balancing obstacles all too real: single motherhood, racial intolerance, marital infidelity and mental health, substance abuse, global war and a fickle public. They triumphed from pretty young thing to middle-aged powerhouse, from girl singer to businesswoman, from songwriter offstage to star center stage. Their songs, their stories. Rosemary Clooney, Carly Simon, Josephine Baker, Gertrude Lawrence, Lena Horne and the ultimate mother/daughter show business tale, Judy Garland and Liza Minnelli

Since 2006, we have welcomed nationally-renowned cabaret artists to perform at the beautiful piano in the Drawing Room of the Lunts’ Main House for intimate gatherings of no more than forty people, offering guests a rare and intimate experience. This private room was the setting for the Lunts to entertain their guests such as Katharine Hepburn, Laurence Olivier, Helen Hayes, Noël Coward, and Carol Channing among others.
